This notice explains how the details you leave in the contact form on dijitalinemiri.com are handled. It is provided under article 10 of Turkish data protection law (KVKK, law no. 6698).
Data controller
The data controller is Emirhan Talay, trading as Dijitalinemiri. For anything relating to this notice, write to dijitalinemiri@gmail.com.
What is collected
When you submit the form we process your first name, last name and phone number. To make sense of your enquiry we also record the page you submitted from, how you reached the site (referrer and any UTM parameters) and your browser details. Your IP address is used only to limit abuse, and only as an irreversible hash — it is never stored in the clear.
Why it is processed
The data is used solely to respond to your enquiry, call you back and answer your questions. No marketing email or SMS is sent without your consent, and your details are never sold to third parties.
Legal basis
Processing relies on KVKK art. 5/2-c (directly related to entering into a contract) and art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest). By submitting the form you are the one requesting the contact.
Where it is stored
No separate customer database is kept for this site. On submission your details are emailed directly to the owner's mailbox and stored only there. Delivery goes through Resend, whose servers are outside Turkey (in the United States), which constitutes a transfer abroad to that extent.
How long it is kept
Records are deleted within 30 days at most after your enquiry is closed. Where an enquiry becomes a service relationship, the resulting records are kept separately for as long as the applicable legislation requires. If you ask for earlier deletion, that request is honoured.
Your rights under KVKK art. 11
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if it is, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to have incomplete or incorrect data corrected, to request erasure or destruction where the legal conditions are met, and to object to the outcome of the processing.
